Greta is a fantastic Yoga teacher, so knowledgeable and patient. I have never done yoga before and was quite nervous, but Greta put me at ease. The class is a mixer of age and fitness levels. Really enjoyed the Fundamentals course. Highly recommend Greta’s classes.

Just completed my 6 week Yoga Fundamentals course, and have really enjoyed it. I had never done Yoga before and I'm not very fit, but everything is done to your own ability, and no expectations to get into unrealistic poses! Greta is a great teacher, explains everything and helps you to relax. Just signed on for more sessions. Would definitely recommend 😁

I have really enjoyed the fundamentals yoga course. Greta is so good at explaining why and how to practice yoga. The session helped me learn how to switch off from my busy life and relax whilst improving my fitness. I have signed up to continue practising Yoga with Greta. Thank you

I have just finished the 6 week beginner yoga course. It has been a really enjoyable introduction to yoga, breathing and meditation and Greta is a fantastic teacher. I am looking forward to continuing with Greta's classes to learn even more.

Greta’s yoga class had an excellent mix of fun, technique and adventure. During the class she prepared us through out the class and towards the end when I finally tried the crow pose, I was thrilled to be able to “take flight”. Her class was a delightful experience and I would definitely return for more lessons. Thank you Rockstone Yoga.
